When in Minneapolis... Yes, it's better to get along with the freezing weather and explore the beauty nature has to offer in the winter.
The Minnehaha Falls freeze during the month of January, when typically we have temperatures very low temperatures. In 2017 we registered the coldest day as -8F (-22C).
